LINCATS-Connect will create connections between students, interns, staff, and researchers on projects. Researchers will have the opportunity to advertise their projects needing staff, and applicants can submit their information to make that connection. Applicants names are hidden from researchers reviewing resumes to protect the process from any bias of gender, ethnicity, or race.
